Order Processing

1. Orders placed in the “Sweet Heart Kids House” official online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.
2. All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
3. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of – product descriptions, product images, prices, promotions, stock, ingredients or other information or content on the website. We cannot confirm the price of the item until the order is shipped.
4. Order processing and delivery are only available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
5. The delivery time needs to be based on the operating schedule of the courier company, so Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are excluded.

6. In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.
7. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed, and the store will not be responsible for the wrong address on the order.
8. All orders must be signed and confirmed upon receipt.
9. We reserve the right to modify or update website information, or to cancel orders due to inaccuracies or omissions.
10. “Sweet Heart Kids House” ( reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet our terms and conditions.

Tracking / Change Address

1. A tracking number will be provided to all orders upon shipment for tracking purposes.
2. After the goods are shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact our customer service to make other arrangements. Derived additional costs must be paid out of pocket.
3. If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact the customer service of our store to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and the company will not refund.
