A versatile and savoury addition to your kitchen! Made from a blend of roasted anchovies, fried shallots and garlic. This paste brings a rich, savoury depth to your dishes, perfect for stir-frying vegetables, steamboat base or as a flavourful soup base.

Ingredients: Anchovies, Shallots, Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Himalayan Salt, Sugar, Palm Oil

Cooking Method:

Stir-fry Vegetables: Add 1-2 teaspoons when stir-frying vegetables.

Soup: Add approximately 1 tablespoon to 500ml of water and bring to a boil as a soup base.

Storage: Store in cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
